  2. Treat people with respect.
  3. Do not use capital letters, this is considered shouting.
  4. Do not spam.
  5. Do not use obscene or racist language.

When chatting use "Ignore" under the "People" menu to remove a member’s chat from the screen. This allows you to focus on the conversation you are having without distractions.

If you wish to swap email addresses etc. it is best to do so in private chat (Double click onto a name) - Remember you can participate in the main chat room and private chat at the same time.

If you have any concerns about spam (junk mail) or revealing your identity use a free web based email address available fromhttp://www.hotmail.com). Never feel pressured into giving any personal details in a chat room.

Always try to welcome new members and do not pressure them into disclosing personal or medical information. Initially new visitors may like to observe until they feel comfortable participating - please allow visitors the freedom and space to do so. Always report misuse of the chat room to the web manager as soon as possible.
