Patient power

 We have produced a guide to offer practical guidance to healthcare professionals wishing to involve their users in the planning and development of services. It is based on suggestions from people who already successfully implement user involvement. The emphasis is on obtaining constructive feedback. It consists of a ‘how to’ guide and a resource pack comprising useful prototype material.
