Payments
We accept Visa/MasterCard/Switch payments online. All purchases from Incontact must be made by credit or debit card transaction. The person ordering must be the debit or credit card holder or have the holder's authorisation.

Address accuracy
Incorrectly entered addresses may delay your order, so please double-check for errors. Do not enter specific dispatch instructions in any of the address fields.

Despatch and Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will make every effort to ensure your happiness with your purchase. If anything you receive does not come up to your expectations, We accept faulty returns, sealed goods, undamaged in good condition and incorrect orders, for a full refund or replacement provided goods are returned within 28 days of delivery. The customer will pay all freight charges. A written notice of cancellation is also acceptable within 14 days.
