No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Incontact or through or from the Service shall create any warranty or other obligation not expressly stated in the Conditions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from Incontact�s negligence, Incontact hereby excludes liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Service, and any information, content, advertisements or products provided or distributed through the Service including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to Incontact. These Conditions (including the guides and rules referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Incontact and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Incontact. The Conditions and the relationship between you and Incontact shall be governed by the laws of England. You and Incontact agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any failure by Incontact to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.

Correcting/Updating/Storing Personal Information

Incontact stores information only as long as it is necessary. If your personal information changes (such as your address) or you no longer want to use one of our services to which you have subscribed, we will provide a way to correct, update, delete or remove your personal data. Information from our discussion forums, chats and services such as Ask an expert is stored in archives since it is considered useful to future users.
